Bihar Police submits application to Mumbai police, seeks Sushant Singh Rajput’s post-mortem report, other evidence

In Sushant Singh Rajput’s death investigation, Bihar Police SIT has applied to Mumbai Police to acquire related documents. In the application, they have asked for the late actor’s post mortem report and other evidence related to the case. Mumbai Police will only hand over documents to Bihar Police after taking legal advice. Moreover, Bihar Police have already acquired the post mortem report of Sushant’s ex-manager Disha Salian who passed away a few days before the actor’s death.

Meanwhile, Bihar Police recorded the statement of filmmaker Rumi Jafry in relation to Sushant’s case. A Bihar Police Officer tod ANI, “During Sushant’s last days, Rumi Jaffery was close to Sushant and Rhea Chakraborty. So, we have recorded his statement.”

On the other hand, Sushant’s former cook Ashok opened up to the media agency and told the late actor did not take any medicines. He said, “I was working as a cook in Sushant`s house and I am a chef. I worked for three-four years with him up till September 2019. Everything seemed fine till I was working there, neither did I see him taking any medicine during that time. I don`t know what happened afterwards.”

He added, “Sushant was in touch with his family till the time I was working. Even, I spoke to his family members on some occasions when they used to call him. He was a strong man and how can he be depressed?”

Talking about Sushant’s family’s accusations against Rhea, Ashok went on to say, “The accusations levied against Rhea seem incorrect as I did not witness any such thing during my time at Rajput`s house. Whatever is being reported, none of it happened while I was working there. I have given my statement to Mumbai and Bihar Police.”
